Services
Bradenton Junk Removal provides junk removal, cleanout, hauling, and related services in Manatee County and Sarasota County, Florida. Our services include residential and commercial junk removal, appliance removal, estate cleanouts, construction waste removal, and more.
Quotes & Pricing
All quotes are estimates based on the volume of items to be removed and the information provided at the time of quoting. Final pricing is confirmed on-site before work begins. There are no hidden fees. If the scope of work changes on-site, we will discuss updated pricing with you before proceeding.
Scheduling & Cancellation
Same-day and next-day service is available subject to scheduling availability. We appreciate at least 2 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. We understand things come up and will do our best to accommodate changes.
Prohibited Items
For the safety of our crew and compliance with local regulations, there are certain items we cannot remove, including:
- Hazardous materials and chemicals
- Medical waste and sharps
- Asbestos or asbestos-containing materials
- Paint and solvents
- Tires
If you're unsure whether an item can be removed, contact us and we'll advise on alternatives or proper disposal options.
Property Access & Liability
By scheduling service, the customer grants our crew access to the property and items to be removed. We take reasonable care to protect your property during the removal process. Bradenton Junk Removal is not liable for pre-existing damage to walls, floors, doorways, or other structures. The customer is responsible for providing accurate descriptions of items and any access limitations.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the job. We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, Venmo, Zelle, and other common payment methods. No payment is required until the work is finished and you are satisfied.
Donations & Recycling
Whenever possible, we donate usable items to local charities and recycle materials to keep them out of landfills. Once items are removed, they become the property of Bradenton Junk Removal. We cannot guarantee that specific items will be donated or recycled, but we make every reasonable effort to do so.
Limitation of Liability
Bradenton Junk Removal's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We carry full insurance for your protection.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
